TERMS AND CANCELLATIONS
a) Conditions
The basic requirements to run with us is to feel good on the day and have at least 18 years of age. Younger runners are only allowed to run with their parents or a legal guardian. Book a Run does not assume any liability for bodily injury, accident or other mishap that may occur during our runs. Book a Run is not liable for any such consequences arising from such situations. All those who order our services expressly accept and assume all risks that may exist during our runs.
b) Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation whenever you want. Just send us an e-mail or contact us by phone: +32 474 22 13 36. If desired, we can always reschedule the race at no additional cost.
